Combined with heat conduction, the material of Jiake is continuously melted, and the molten material is continuously and stably transported to the machine head (or die) with a certain shape.
Under the action of screw rotation, it is transported forward to the feeding section through the friction and shear action of the inner wall of the barrel and the screw surface, where the loose solid is transported forward and compacted at the same time; In the compression section, the depth of the screw groove becomes shallower and further compacted. At the same time, heating outside the barrel and friction and shear between the screw and the inner wall of the barrel, the material temperature rises and begins to melt, and the compression section ends.
The homogenization section makes the material uniform, extrudes the melt at constant temperature, constant quantity and constant pressure, forms after reaching the machine head, and obtains the product after setting. If it is found that the raw materials of the same brand are not dried well, the die head must be cleaned after re drying and extrusion. After refuelling, if the extrudate is found to be unsmooth, unstable and easy to break, the die shall be disassembled and cleaned.
